A new chapter has officially begun at Factory 52.

As of June 1, Aces Pickleball has officially become The Pickle Lodge at Factory 52.

Since opening in 2023, the pickleball facility at Factory 52 has helped establish Norwood as one of the region's premier destinations for America's fastest-growing sport. With indoor and outdoor courts, year-round play and a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels, it quickly became a favorite amenity for residents and visitors alike.

Now, The Pickle Lodge is building on that foundation.

Already well-known throughout Greater Cincinnati for its dedication to pickleball programming, instruction and community building, The Pickle Lodge is bringing its expertise and proven approach to Factory 52. While residents can expect to see updates to branding, programming and operations, the focus remains the same: creating an outstanding pickleball experience for beginners, recreational players and competitive athletes.

One of the biggest additions is a full schedule of Open Play opportunities seven days a week. Sessions are skill-divided and carefully managed to ensure players enjoy competitive, engaging matches while meeting new people on the courts. Whether you're picking up a paddle for the first time or looking for high-level competition, there will be a place for you to play.

Residents can also look forward to expanded instruction and coaching opportunities. Accomplished Cincinnati pickleball coach Richard Canelas has joined the Factory 52 location, offering lessons and on-court development for players looking to improve their game.

League play is also ramping up for the summer season. Social leagues, competitive leagues and organized events will provide even more opportunities to connect with fellow players, stay active and enjoy one of Factory 52's most unique amenities.

While food service is temporarily paused during the transition, both bars remain operational. Guests can currently bring in or order food while enjoying the facility. The Pickle Lodge has also shared plans to continue expanding beverage offerings in the months ahead.

For Factory 52 residents, this transition means even more opportunities to play, learn and connect without ever leaving the neighborhood. Whether you're a seasoned pickleball player or simply curious about the sport, there's never been a better time to get involved.
